PLEASE READ WIG POLICIES COMPLETELY BEFORE PURCHASE. BBW's VERIFICATION agreement is required for all orders. Please respond within 24 hours of purchase or your order will not be processed, and you will be refunded. By purchasing you acknowledge that ready to ship wigs will ship out in 1-2 business days. Bundles and lace processing time is 5-10 business days. Shipping is an additional 1-5 business days., unless stated otherwise. Please know your correct head circumference for all wig purchases. If you are purchasing a ready to ship wig, it is sold as is, please allow 1-2 business days AFTER COMPLETING VERIFICATION AGREEMENT before receiving a tracking number. If you are purchasing bundles or lace, you acknowledge your order is a PRE-ORDER, please allow 5-10 business days for processing time & additional 1-5 business days for shipping. VERIFICATION IS MANDATORY & must be completed before processing your order. Failure to provide BBW with proof of payment and a valid state identification card or driver's license via text or email within 24 hours of purchase, will AUTOMATICALLY terminate your order & you will be refunded.
